How do I restore my purchase?

Tap any locked feature to open the unlock screen, then tap Restore. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy the unlock.

Can my family share the unlock?

Yes. The full unlock supports Family Sharing. If the purchase was made by a member of your Family Sharing group, it should unlock automatically. If it doesn’t, tap Restore.

I asked a parent to approve the purchase. What happens now?

With Ask to Buy, the app shows that it’s waiting for approval. As soon as the purchase is approved, the app unlocks. You don’t need to buy it again.

Will my progress transfer to a new phone?

Progress is stored only on your device and isn’t synced, so it doesn’t transfer to a new device. Your purchase does: just tap Restore on the new device.
