I, the undersigned, grant Switchback Digital Media permission to use, edit, copy, and distribute photographs taken of me (and/or my minor child/ward, if applicable) for commercial and promotional purposes across all mediums, including but not limited to:

Terms of Release

2. No Compensation: No payment, royalties, or compensation will be provided for the use of these photographs.
3. Alteration Rights: Switchback Digital Media reserves the right to edit, alter, or enhance images without prior approval.
4. Hold Harmless & Waiver:
   • I release Switchback Digital Media from liability for any claims arising from the use of these images, including invasion of privacy, defamation, or misuse.
   • I indemnify Switchback Digital Media against all legal costs or damages resulting from claims related to this release.
